1Before you apply

I don't have a Police Certificate of Character yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. The certificate may take 1 to 3 weeks to obtain. In the interim, you can upload a clear photo or scan of your official TTPS receipt. It must show your name, application details and proof that you applied.

Can I use any vehicle?

Your vehicle must be registered, insured and roadworthy, and able to transport packages safely.

2Your application

I made a mistake after submitting. Can I change my application?

No, submitted applications cannot be edited. If HR finds anything missing or incorrect, they will contact you and update it for you.

Will I be able to use the app after applying?

No. You get access to the oDeliver Driver app only once you are approved and activated.

How will I know my application was received?

A confirmation email arrives straight after you submit, with your training materials and assessment link. Not there? Check your spam or junk folder.

3Training and assessment

Where do I find the training material?

Your confirmation email links to the Driver Training Manual for the service you applied for and to our training videos. You can also find them any time on the Driver Training page.

Where do I take the assessment?

On Tally.so, using the link in your confirmation email. The assessment is not in the app.

What do I need to know about the driver test?

The pass mark is 80% and you have three attempts. Review the training material between attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts your application will not progress. HR verifies passes on Tally.so, so there is no need to contact HR.

4After you apply

How long does the review take?

HR aims to review documents within seven (7) working days. With a large number of applications, it can take longer at busy times.

Will I get updates on my application?

Due to high volumes, we cannot give individual updates. HR contacts you only if something is needed or you are selected for interview. Please do not submit a second application.

I passed and my documents are fine. Why no interview yet?

Shortlisting is based on operational demand: how many drivers we need, for which service and in which zones. Your application stays on file for when demand increases.

Does my choice of zones and availability matter?

Yes. Applicants whose zones and availability match our needs are more likely to be shortlisted. Choose only what you can reliably cover.

5Interview and outcome

What is the interview like?

A short virtual interview with HR, usually no more than 10 minutes. HR will contact you to arrange it. You will need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera.

What happens if I am approved?

You will receive an activation email. From that date you can sign in to the oDeliver Driver app, your Driver Service Agreement takes effect, and HR will contact you about an in-person group onboarding session.

What happens if I am not successful?

You will receive an email letting you know. Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to give individual feedback.

Can I apply again if I am unsuccessful?

Yes. You may reapply six (6) months after your previous application was unsuccessful.

6After activation

When do I start receiving deliveries?

After activation and your group onboarding session. Work depends on operational demand, your zones and your availability, and can vary between peak and quieter periods.

Can I switch to another service or add one later?

Yes. Active drivers can complete a Driver Service Transfer Reference Form, available from HR, and must meet the onboarding requirements for the new service.

Can I change my zones or availability after activation?

Yes. Once activated, you can update your zones and availability directly in the oDeliver Driver app.
