Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, sort, and physically handle incoming packages from merchant pickups and drop-offs, identifying and reporting damaged, missing, or suspicious items.
Print, verify, and apply shipping labels in accordance with SOPs, resolve basic labeling issues, and escalate discrepancies as required.
Pick, pack, and prepare packages securely based on service level, destination, and handling requirements.
Scan packages at all required workflow stages to ensure accurate tracking and real-time system visibility, including inter-island and Tobago movements.
Reconcile pickup manifests, staged inventory, and dispatch loads; investigate discrepancies; and maintain reconciliation and discrepancy logs.
Organize and stage packages by delivery route, zone, and driver assignment, prepare complete dispatch batches, and hand off loads to drivers with correct documentation.
Support Customer Service with package-related queries, provide accurate package status updates, and assist in resolving customer-facing exceptions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards and operational SOPs.
Prepare basic daily and weekly operational summaries and support audits, process improvements, peak-period operations, and other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
5 CXC O’Levels inclusive of Mathematics and English A.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling packages and documentation.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with label printing systems and scanners.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed
