oDeliver provides Hub & Spoke (next-day) delivery and Instant (on-demand) delivery services.

Instant operates Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., subject to driver availability.

Up to three (3) delivery attempts are made for Hub & Spoke shipments.

All shipments include basic protection up to TTD $100 per shipment. Optional oProtect coverage is available for values up to TTD $1,500.

Within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Loss (non-delivery) claims must also be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

Yes. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, volume, inaccurate details, or Force Majeure events. Delivery timeframes are operational targets only.
