Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential merchants through approved lead lists, referrals, market visits, and other assigned sources
Conduct outbound sales activities using telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media platforms, and in-person visits, as required
Present oDeliver’s delivery services in a clear, accurate, and professional manner to prospective merchants
Assist merchants with the onboarding process, including registration, documentation, and completion of their first delivery
Conduct follow-up with onboarded merchants to encourage active use of the platform and address initial concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads, merchant sign-ups, follow-ups, and activations in the company’s tracking system

Requirements

Minimum 5 CXC passes inclusive of Maths and English
At least two (2) years prior sales experience preferred B2B, field sales, telesales, or merchant acquisition
Strong communication & customer service skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS/CRM optional)
Valid driver’s license & vehicle
