Frequently Asked Questions

For same-day delivery, packages must be booked and ready for pickup before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for next-day delivery unless Express service is selected.

Yes! We provide full delivery coverage across both Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery times to Tobago may vary slightly due to inter-island logistics. Same-day delivery is available within Tobago for local shipments.

We cannot ship hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal substances, weapons, live animals, or perishable goods without proper packaging. Please contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact them. Depending on your instructions, we can leave the package at a safe location, with a neighbor, or schedule a redelivery attempt.
